DITA Eyewear is dedicated to providing the highest quality luxury frames; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, are included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your eyewear in its original DITA box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
